This is my FAVOURITE home made mask. I have used this mask for so long. When my skin is dry, I use it. When my skin is pimpley, I use it, When my skin feels tired; I use it. Mine did! Depending how serious the acne, and how long you go through life with it, mine lasted until I had my first child. I did have an acid peel done .. most painful, slight result. But then this happened a good many many years. Nowadays, they’ll have better technique..good thing you are seeing a doctor. He’ll give the best advise. Good luck!

First off if your consuming a lot of sugar that will cause it. If you drink energy drinks or consume sweets you are promoting the acne. If you drink nothing but water for a while and stay away from all sweets, it will clear up. If you are not consuming a lot of sugars see a doctor. He/she can help. Make sure also to keep your body clean and free from excess oils.
